Jaclynn Ronald brings a winning attitude to the Linen Hero family

Sales is a demanding job, as Jaclynn Ronald knows all too well.

A former collegiate volleyball player, and our new customer service representative, Jaclynn can’t help but compare the competitive nature of the sport she loves with the job where she honed her outstanding customer service skills.

“Sales was my first job, and I was hooked right away. In fact, I spent eight and a half years doing it! The competitiveness of it was a huge part of me – I always wanted to be at the top of the day’s sales.”

The drive to excel was instilled in Jaclynn from a young age from her coaches and her supportive family, and it’s never left.

“It absolutely informs my sales philosophy,” says Jaclynn, who still plays and coaches recreationally on the weekends. “I always aim to be the best I can be at anything I do.”

And she’s certainly proving it through her work with the Chair Covers & Linens family. Passionate and committed, she’s quickly become an indispensable part of our core house team.

“My day-to-day work is in helping our customers plan and design their events. The house team fills orders for events all around the nation – anywhere we don’t have a rep on the ground – so it’s an exciting, always changing role.”

Transitioning from a face-to-face local environment to one that’s telephone-based and country-wide is keeping Jaclynn on her toes, and she relishes the challenge.

“Working with customers from all different backgrounds and locations has been great – getting to know people is something I truly enjoy. Because when you’re able to understand someone, you can figure out what they need and how to meet those needs.”

And Jaclynn has years of experience in doing so. Her interest in events goes back as far as her passion for volleyball, and she’s enthused to have the opportunity to tap into her creativity on a daily basis.

“I’ve always wanted to be a part of the event industry,” she says. “I’m creative and crafty by nature – I’ve helped out with design for my friends’ and family’s weddings – and I love the idea of growing within a company like Linen Hero.”

And we love the idea of Jaclynn growing with us!
